Before you visit these are our terms and conditions. Please only book an appointment if you are happy to accept these.

We really appreciate your business. We run a very happy team and only have the best customers who feel more like family than just clients to us. We will always go the extra mile for anyone. Below is the expected culture of a CHANGES customer

Appointment Times

Please allow an extra 10 minutes prior to your treatment to fill out some required forms and relax before your treatment starts. Unfortunately if you’re late, we may need to shorten your treatment to ensure the next client can be seen at their allocated time, which means less time to indulge you! All appointment times include the consultation and also allow for you to change both before and after the treatment to ensure you’re totally relaxed.

Privacy / Photos

Your privacy and comfort is of the utmost importance. We occasionally take photos for facebook promotions and teaching purposes. Photos taken by us on our private property belong to us, however if you do not want to be identified please say at the time of photo and we will of course not put them up on facebook.Please note tho- any promotional work or teaching/ training where the client is given a reduced rate or free treatment it is on the condition that we show these photos for teaching purposes. Please do not apply if you do not wish your picture to appear.

Please Help us to maintain the sanctuary

In order to prevent disturbance to other guests and to ensure your complete relaxation please turn off your cell phones on arrival to the spa.
Children are not encouraged in the spa. If you do need to bring yours please advise first.

Changing appointments / Booking

Please make appointments through our online booking system. Alternatively send us and email or phone and leave a message to call you back

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. You will receive a reminder text at 9am the day before your appointment. If you do not show up without notice, we hold the right to charge you for your appointment at our discretion – see our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy (Please read before booking)

We will ensure that your therapist is on time and is exclusively allocated to you and for the time you require. For whatever reason if your therapist is unable to make your appointment we will call you and let you know immediately, and either reschedule at a later date or arrange for someone else to do it.
In accepting this appointment we would like to make you aware of our cancellation policy. All we ask is that you would let us know if you cannot attend your appointment as early as you can.
We will text you the day before as a reminder and if you are unable to attend please contact us then. (i.e. within 24 hours)
Alternatively if you would like us to personally call you we would only be too happy.
Failure to inform us within 24 hours of your expected arrival or no show on the day will result in subsequent appointments requiring prepayment with the condition that failure to show again will result in this covering our loss of income.

Penalties: Less than 24 hours notice 25% of the service price will be charged. (of course we know that there are exceptional situations beyond your control, which we would not dream of charging you if you reschedule)


Due to high volumes of appointments we recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving to guarantee an appointment time that best suits you.
