The gift voucher must be presented at the time of payment in person.
Failure to present the voucher during the appointment will require the customer to pay in-store and use the voucher at a later date.
Lost Vouchers:
CHANGESMedi-Spa is not responsible for lost vouchers.
Unless the voucher is purchased under the recipient’s name, we cannot locate or replace it.
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:
The gift voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable.
It cannot be exchanged for cash or any unused value refunded.
Expiration Date:
The gift voucher does not expire BUT the treatment value if stated on voucher is only valid for 6 months at that price. Any increases will need to be paid
Specials
The voucher if purchased for a monthly special is only valid for that time period as the specialschangeeach month. However the $ amount purchased can be used against any other treatment.
Booking and Availability:
Appointments are subject to availability, and it is recommended to book well in advance to secure the desired time and date.
Conditions of Use:
The voucher is subject to our standard terms and conditions of service.
Any additional services availed beyond the voucher’s value will be charged separately.
No Cash Value:
The voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
