- Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions
- Redemption and Presentation:
- The gift voucher must be presented at the time of payment in person.
- Failure to present the voucher during the appointment will require the customer to pay in-store and use the voucher at a later date.
- Vouchers may be used for any spa services or products. Only visiting specialists are excluded
- Lost Vouchers:
- Please treat this voucher as cash. Lost vouchers are not our responsibility. Unless the voucher is stored under the recipient's name, we cannot locate or replace it.
- Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:
- The gift voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- It cannot be exchanged for cash or any unused value refunded.
- Expiration Date:
- We really like you to come in and use your vouchers as soon as you can.
- These expire in 1 year. However, if you do find a lost one over a year, we would kindly ask that in order to redeem it you will add to the value.
- Specials
- The voucher if purchased for a monthly special it is only valid for that time period as the specials change each month. However, the $ amount purchased ( not the pre-special value) can be used against any other treatment.
- Booking and Availability:
- Appointments are subject to availability, and it is recommended to book well in advance to secure the desired time and date
- Booking a treatment and not turning up ( no show ) may void the voucher as per cancellation policy so please ensure you don't miss out on your pamper.
- You will have to input a credit card on booking but may of course pay by voucher on the day.
- Conditions of Use:
- The voucher is subject to our standard terms and conditions of service.
- Any additional services availed beyond the voucher's value will be charged separately.
- No Cash Value:
- The voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Notification of Changes: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice and we ask that the voucher holder stay updated on the latest terms.
- Redemption and Presentation:
